Frequently Asked Questions about Meetings

Common questions about meeting notes.

Last updated April 2026

Can multiple people contribute to the same meeting note?

Meeting notes are personal to your account, so only you can edit them. However, you can share outcomes and actions with your team by creating actions from the meeting that are visible in their context.

How do I rate a meeting's value?

When recording or editing a meeting note, you can set a value rating. This helps you track which meetings are productive over time. See the Meeting Value guide for more on how to use this effectively.

Yes. You can add or remove key theme links at any time by editing the meeting note. This is useful if you realise a recurring topic came up that you want to track. See Linking Key Themes to Meetings for details.

What happens to actions if I delete a meeting note?

Actions created from a meeting will remain in your action list even if the meeting note is deleted. They will simply no longer show a source link back to the original meeting.

Is there a limit to how many meetings I can record?

There is no limit to the number of meeting notes you can create. Record as many as you need to keep track of your discussions, decisions, and follow-ups.
