See every retro on a kanban board

The retros list page is a three-column kanban: Build, Active, and Completed. Active gathers Draft, Vote, and Discuss into one column so the lifecycle stays simple.

  • Three columns surface what's being built, what's live, and what's done
  • Cards show team, date, current phase, note count, and action count
  • Drag and drop between columns to update a retro's status

Everyone contributes, instantly

Share the retro link with your team and no sign-up is needed. Notes appear live as people type, so there's no waiting around and no awkward silence while people catch up.

  • No account needed, just share the link with your team
  • Live typing indicators show who's adding notes right now
  • Comments and emoji reactions on any note
  • Built-in timer keeps the draft phase moving without overrunning
  • Pro: Generate Ideas lightbulb on each column drops three AI-suggested prompt questions to break writer's block
  • Silent in-app notification inbox + bell shake replaces interruptive toasts; jump back to the note someone reacted to with one click
  • Light / dark comfort modes toggle from the toolbar - same retro theme, different background tint for bright rooms

Let the team decide what matters

Once everyone's added their notes, move to the voting phase. Each participant gets a set number of votes to place on the notes they care about most. Try it out and cast your votes below.

  • Configurable vote count per participant: set 3, 5, or more
  • Optionally allow multiple votes on the same note
  • Up and down arrows beside each note's vote count let you cast and clear votes without the buttons shifting around
  • Reset Votes button on the budget bar wipes the slate clean (and clears your Done status) in one tap
  • Results are hidden until you reveal them, avoiding bandwagon voting
  • Discuss phase automatically sorts notes by vote count

Turn discussion into action with AI

The hardest part of a retro is making sure things actually change. AI reads your top-voted notes and suggests concrete, specific actions. You pick the ones that matter and add them to your list with one click.

  • AI analyses your retro notes and suggests up to three distinct actions per discussed note
  • Keep the ones that fit with a single tap, dismiss the rest individually
  • Every action is linked back to this retro automatically and dropped into your master action list
  • Inline assignee picker drops the action onto a team member at the moment you capture it
  • AI features available on Pro; actions work for all plans

Discuss, focus, close the loop

The discuss phase shows every note ranked by vote count, so you spend your time on what the team cares about, not what got added first. Click any note to highlight it on the public view so everyone's looking at the same thing.

  • Notes ordered by vote count, highest priority first
  • Click a note to spotlight it on the shared public view
  • Add actions inline as the conversation unfolds
  • Actions are tracked in your main list and linked to this retro forever
