Manager Toolkit is fully responsive and works on any modern smartphone or tablet. There is no separate app to install - just open it in your mobile browser.
Add to Your Home Screen
For a more app-like experience, you can add Manager Toolkit to your home screen. This removes the browser address bar and gives you a full-screen view.
Open Manager Toolkit in Safari (iOS) or Chrome (Android).
Tap the share icon (iOS) or the three-dot menu (Android).
Select "Add to Home Screen" and confirm.
You will now have a home screen icon that launches Manager Toolkit directly.

On mobile, the toolbar sits at the bottom of the screen within easy thumb reach. It gives you access to the plus menu for quick item creation, search, and navigation.
Use the plus menu at the bottom of the screen to quickly create catchups and actions while you are away from your desk. It is the fastest way to capture something before you forget.
Tips for Mobile Use
- Turn your phone to landscape for wider views such as the calendar or retrospectives.
- Use the minimised items feature to keep a form open in the background while you check other pages.
- Enable browser notifications if you want to be alerted about upcoming catchups or deadlines.
