Manager Toolkit is actively developed and regularly updated with new features, improvements, and fixes. Here is an overview of the most notable recent additions.
Google Calendar Sync
Pro users can now connect their Google Calendar to Manager Toolkit. Events from your calendar appear alongside your management activity on the Calendar page, and you can link events to catchups, meetings, and retrospectives. See the Google Calendar Setup guide for details.
Smart matching automatically detects when a calendar event involves one of your team members, making it easy to link events to the right person and prepare for upcoming conversations.
MCP Connector
The MCP Connector lets you connect Manager Toolkit to AI assistants like Claude, Cursor, and other tools that support the Model Context Protocol. This means you can query your management data, create actions, and get insights using conversational AI. See the MCP Connector guide for setup instructions.
The connector uses OAuth for secure authentication, and you can revoke access at any time from your profile settings. It opens up workflows like asking your AI assistant to summarise your week or list overdue actions for a specific team.
AI Improvements
AI features across the platform have been enhanced. Summaries are more contextual, action suggestions are more relevant, and AI-generated content better reflects your management style. All AI features remain exclusive to the Pro plan.
Notable improvements include better theme detection across conversations, more actionable survey insights, and improved note enhancement that preserves your voice while tidying grammar and structure.
Help Centre
The help centre you are reading now was launched to provide comprehensive guides for every feature, troubleshooting articles, and tips to help you get the most from the platform.
Articles cover everything from getting started guides for new users to advanced tips for experienced managers. Each feature has its own dedicated section with step-by-step instructions, FAQs, and best practice advice.
Community
The Community is a private forum where managers can share advice, ask questions, and learn from one another. It is available to all users, free and Pro.
Posts are organised by category so you can browse topics relevant to your situation. You can react to posts, reply with your own experience, and even convert useful advice directly into actions in your workspace.
Journeys
Journeys let you create structured pathways for team members, with milestones and tasks. They are ideal for onboarding new starters, managing performance improvement plans, or guiding someone through a role transition.
A templates library provides ready-made journeys you can customise to your needs, so you do not have to build everything from scratch. Track progress through each milestone and discuss it during your regular catchups.
