Google Calendar sync is a Pro feature. Upgrade to Pro to connect your calendar.

Connecting your Google Calendar brings your external schedule into Manager Toolkit, so you can see meetings, catchups, and events alongside your management activity in one place.

Connecting Your Calendar

Go to Profile > Tools.
Find the Google Calendar section and click Connect.
Sign in to your Google account and authorise Manager Toolkit to read your calendar events.
Once connected, your events will begin appearing on the Manager Toolkit calendar.

The OAuth flow requests read access to your calendar. Manager Toolkit does not create, modify, or delete events in your Google Calendar.

What Syncs

Once connected, your Google Calendar events appear on the Manager Toolkit calendar view. You will see event titles, times, and attendees alongside your catchups, actions, and other management activity. This gives you a complete picture of your day without switching between apps.

Smart Matching

Manager Toolkit can match calendar events to your team members automatically. When an event includes an attendee who matches a team member, the calendar highlights the connection. This makes it easy to spot one-to-one meetings and prepare for upcoming conversations.

Linking and Unlinking Events

You can manually link a calendar event to a catchup or meeting note. This creates a direct connection between the external event and your management record. If an event was matched incorrectly, you can unlink it with a single click.

Click on a calendar event in Manager Toolkit.
Choose Link to Catchup or Link to Meeting from the options.
Select the relevant catchup or meeting note to connect them.

Disconnecting

If you want to remove the calendar connection, go to Profile > Tools and click Disconnect next to Google Calendar. Your previously synced events will be removed from the Manager Toolkit calendar, but your catchups and meeting notes are unaffected.

Connect your calendar early. Seeing your schedule alongside your management activity helps you prepare for catchups and spot gaps in your week where you could schedule overdue one-to-ones.
