Capture and review in one view

The home screen shows four capture modes on the left and your outstanding actions on the right. You can tick off actions, click through to the dashboard, and log new items - all without leaving your current tab.

• Action - text, priority, team, member, deadline
• Catchup - team member, date, sentiment, discussion notes
• Meeting note - name, date, team, attendees, notes
• Reminder - title, date or before a catchup, team, member

Everything you capture appears immediately in the dashboard. Actions are sorted by priority - Urgent first - so the most important items are always at the top.

Outstanding actions at a glance

Your ten highest-priority outstanding actions are always visible in the extension. Tick one off and it disappears instantly. Click the action text to open it in the dashboard for more detail or to add a comment.

One-click authorisation

Connect the extension in seconds. Click “Connect with Manager Toolkit”, sign in on the Manager Toolkit website, and approve access. No copying and pasting - the extension receives its credentials automatically.

• PKCE OAuth 2.0 - the same secure flow used by Claude and other integrations
• Credentials stored securely in Chrome - never sent to third parties
• Revoke access at any time from Manager Toolkit - Profile - Tools
• Teams and members cache locally and refresh automatically

Compact forms, full context

Each form is built for speed. Fields are inlined side by side where possible, dates default to today, and team and member selectors carry your last selection forward. A confirmation toast appears instantly when you save - no waiting, no spinner.
