The extension connects using secure OAuth authorisation - no copying and pasting required. If you prefer, you can also connect with an API key manually.
Connecting with OAuth (Recommended)
This method uses the same secure PKCE OAuth 2.0 flow used by the MCP connector. Your credentials are stored in Chrome's local extension storage and are never sent to third parties.
Connecting with an API Key
If you prefer to connect manually, you can paste an API key instead.
Disconnecting
To disconnect the extension, click the Disconnect button in the top right of the extension header. This removes your credentials from the extension. Your data in Manager Toolkit is not affected.
If you connected via OAuth, you can also revoke the extension's access from Profile - Tools by deleting the associated API key.
Troubleshooting
The authorisation window did not open. Make sure pop-ups are not blocked for chrome-extension pages in your browser settings.
"Could not register with Manager Toolkit" error. Check your internet connection and try again. If the problem persists, use the API key method instead.
"Authorisation failed" error after approving. Your Pro subscription may have expired, or you may have reached the API key limit (10 keys maximum). Check your subscription status in Profile - Billing.
