Can a person be in multiple teams?
Yes. A team member can belong to more than one team. This is useful for people who work across different groups or projects. Their catchups and actions will be accessible from any team they are part of.
What happens when I archive a team member?
Archiving a team member removes them from your active list but preserves all their catchups, actions, and history. You can view archived members and restore them at any time. See Adding and Managing Team Members for details.
What is the difference between Teams and People?
The Teams page is one place for both. Teams give you the structure (groups of people you manage); People are the members inside each team. From the Teams page you can browse every team, drill into a specific team to see its members, or open any member's profile directly.
Can I rename a team?
Yes. Open the team settings from the Teams page and update the name. The change takes effect immediately across all views.
How do I move someone between teams?
You can add a person to a new team and optionally remove them from the old one. There is no single "move" action, but the process is straightforward. See Adding and Managing Team Members for step-by-step instructions.
Can I start a catchup from a member profile?
Yes. Open a person's profile from the Teams page and start a new catchup directly from there. This is a convenient shortcut when you are reviewing someone's details and want to log a conversation without navigating away.
What does the sentiment indicator show?
The sentiment indicator on each member row shows the most recent sentiment rating from that person's last catchup. It gives you a quick sense of how your last conversation went. For deeper analysis, see Sentiment Tracking.
Is there a limit to how many teams I can create?
There is no limit. Organise your workspace however suits your management structure. If you manage multiple teams, see our guide on Managing Multiple Teams.
