Connecting Entities to Projects

Link meetings, catchups, actions, and key themes to a project.

Last updated April 2026

Projects rarely exist in isolation. They generate meetings, catchups, actions, and recurring themes. Connecting these entities to a project gives you a complete picture of everything related to an initiative in one place.

What You Can Connect

The following can be linked to a project:

How to Connect an Entity

Open the project from your Projects list.
Navigate to the relevant section within the project, such as Meetings or Actions.
Click Link or Connect and search for the entity you want to attach.
Select it to add the connection. The entity now appears within the project view.

You can also connect entities from the other direction. When creating or editing a meeting, catchup, or action, look for the project field and select the relevant project.

Why Connections Matter

Without connections, project information is scattered across different parts of the app. Linking everything together means you can open a project and see every related conversation, decision, and task. This is particularly useful for project reviews and handovers, where having the full history in one place saves significant time.

Make it a habit to link entities to projects as you create them. Retrospectively connecting items later is possible but easy to forget.
