How It Works
The AI summary analyses your recent management activity across all features, including catchups, actions, meetings, targets, and sentiment data. It then generates a concise summary that highlights the most important points.
The summary is generated fresh each time you view it, so it always reflects your current data. It is not a static report but a dynamic overview that adapts as your activity changes.

The summary is designed to surface things you might otherwise miss, particularly if you manage a large team and have a lot of data across the platform.
Using the Summary Effectively
The AI summary works best as a starting point for your day. Read it before diving into specific features to get an overview of what needs your attention. It can help you:
- Prioritise which team members to check in with first
- Identify overdue actions that need follow-up
- Spot positive trends worth acknowledging
- Notice patterns across your team that individual feature views might not reveal
The summary is a complement to, not a replacement for, reviewing your data directly. It highlights areas of interest, but you should still review the underlying details before making decisions.
Availability
The AI summary is available exclusively to Pro subscribers. If you are on the free plan, the AI button in the toolbar is hidden. You can upgrade to Pro from Profile > Subscription.
