Is the community moderated?
Yes. The community is moderated to maintain a constructive and professional environment. Posts that breach the guidelines may be removed. The goal is to keep discussions helpful and relevant to people management.
Can I delete my own posts?
Yes. You can delete your own posts and replies at any time from the Community page. Once deleted, the content is permanently removed.
Can I turn a reply into an action?
Yes. Open the post and hover any reply to reveal a Create Action button next to it. Clicking it opens the action modal pre-filled with the reply text, so a useful suggestion does not get lost. See Posting in the Community for more on the flow.
Who can see my posts?
All Manager Toolkit users with an account can see community posts. Posts are not visible to the public. Your display name is shown alongside your contributions. See Posting in the Community for more on how engagement works.
Are there community guidelines?
Yes. The community has guidelines that encourage respectful, on-topic discussion. Spam, self-promotion, and inappropriate content are not permitted. These guidelines are visible when you first access the community.
