Community

A private forum for managers to share advice and learn from peers.

Last updated April 2026

Problem

People management can be isolating. There are few places to share experiences and learn from other managers who face the same challenges. Public forums lack context, and internal channels rarely offer honest peer-to-peer advice.

Solution

A private community forum within Manager Toolkit where managers can post questions, share advice, and learn from peers. This is a newer feature, designed to bring managers together in a space that understands the work they do.

Why Use Community

Discussion Categories

Posts are organised by category so you can browse topics that interest you or contribute to areas where you have experience to share.

Emoji Reactions

React to posts and replies with emojis to show support, agreement, or appreciation without needing to write a full response.

Turn Replies into Actions

When someone shares useful advice, you can convert it directly into an action in your workspace. Good ideas become tracked commitments.

Learn from Peers

Read about how other managers handle common challenges. Real experiences from real managers are often more valuable than generic management theory.

Do not be afraid to ask questions. The community is a judgement-free space for managers at all levels. The best conversations often start with someone saying "I am not sure how to handle this."
