What do the sentiment emojis mean?

Can I edit a catchup after saving it?
Yes, you can edit any catchup after saving it. Open the catchup from your catchup history and make your changes. This is handy if you want to add notes you forgot or update an action that came out of the discussion.
How do I delete a catchup?
Open the catchup you want to remove, then use the delete option. Be aware that deleting a catchup removes the record permanently along with the linked actions, comments, and timeline entries that came from it. If you want to keep an action, convert or unlink it before deleting the catchup.

How often should I catch up with each person?
There is no single right answer, but most managers find that weekly or fortnightly works well. You can set a catchup cadence for each team member, and Manager Toolkit will flag when someone is overdue for a conversation.
