Connecting Your Google Calendar
What Gets Synced
Once connected, your Google Calendar events appear alongside your Manager Toolkit activity in the Calendar view. This gives you a combined timeline that includes:
- Google Calendar meetings displayed with time, title, and attendees
- Manager Toolkit events such as catchups, meetings, action deadlines, and reminders
You can link Google Calendar events to Manager Toolkit entities like catchups, meetings, and retrospectives, creating a connection between your external schedule and your management records.
Read-Only Integration
The sync is one-way, from Google Calendar into Manager Toolkit. Your Google Calendar events are displayed within the Manager Toolkit calendar view, but Manager Toolkit never creates, modifies, or deletes events in your Google Calendar.
Your Google Calendar remains completely unchanged. Manager Toolkit simply reads your schedule to give you a more complete picture of your week.
Managing the Connection
You can disconnect the Google Calendar integration at any time from your Profile > Tools. Disconnecting stops Google Calendar events from appearing in your Manager Toolkit calendar.
If you need to reconnect after disconnecting, simply follow the connection process again.
Availability
Google Calendar sync is available exclusively to Pro subscribers. Free plan users will see the integration option in settings but will need to upgrade to activate it.
