Switching Between Plans

How to change from monthly to annual or downgrade from Pro.

You can change your plan at any time from your Profile page. Whether you want to switch billing frequency or move between Free and Pro, the process is straightforward.

Switching from Monthly to Annual

If you are on the monthly Pro plan and want to switch to annual billing for the discounted rate:

Go to your Profile page and open the billing section.
Click Change Plan or Manage Subscription.
Select the annual billing option. The remaining value of your current monthly period is prorated and applied as credit towards the annual charge.

The switch takes effect immediately, and your next billing date will be one year from the switch date.

Switching from Annual to Monthly

If you want to move from annual to monthly billing, the change takes effect at the end of your current annual period. You will continue to have Pro access for the remainder of the year you have already paid for, and monthly billing begins after that.

Downgrading from Pro to Free

If you decide Pro is not for you, you can downgrade to the free plan:

Go to your Profile page and open the billing section.
Click Cancel Subscription or follow the steps in How to Cancel.
Your Pro access continues until the end of your current billing period. After that, your account reverts to the free plan.

What Happens to Pro Features When You Downgrade

When your account moves to the free plan:

  • AI features become unavailable. Existing AI-generated summaries remain visible but cannot be refreshed.
  • Google Calendar sync is disconnected. Your management data (catchups, meetings) is not affected, but calendar events will no longer appear.
  • Advanced themes revert to the default theme.
  • MCP Connector access is removed.

All of your core data - catchups, actions, meetings, targets, surveys, retrospectives, journeys, and key themes - remains fully accessible on the free plan. Nothing is deleted.

If you are unsure about downgrading, remember that upgrading again later restores all Pro features immediately. Your data is always preserved regardless of your plan.
Prorated billing is handled by Stripe. You can see exact amounts and credits on your invoices, accessible from the billing section of your Profile page.
