How to Cancel

How to cancel your Pro subscription and what happens next.

You can cancel your Pro subscription at any time. There are no long-term contracts, cancellation fees, or hoops to jump through.

Steps to Cancel

Sign in to Manager Toolkit and click on your profile icon.
Navigate to the Subscription section.
Click the Cancel button.
Confirm your cancellation when prompted.

Your cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You are not charged again after cancelling.

What Happens After Cancellation

When you cancel, here is what to expect:

  • Pro access continues until the end of your current billing period. You have already paid for this time, so you keep full access until it expires.
  • Your account reverts to the free plan once the billing period ends. All core features remain available.
  • Your data is preserved. Nothing is deleted when you downgrade. All your catchups, actions, meetings, targets, surveys, retrospectives, and other records remain intact.
  • Pro features become locked. AI summaries, AI suggestions, Google Calendar sync, advanced themes, and the MCP connector are no longer accessible.
If you created content using Pro features - such as AI-generated summaries or AI-suggested actions - that content remains in your account. You simply cannot generate new AI content on the free plan.

Re-subscribing

If you change your mind, you can upgrade again at any time from the Subscription page. Your Pro features will be reactivated immediately upon payment. There is no waiting period and no penalty for having cancelled previously. Your data and settings are preserved exactly as they were.
