Deleting Your Account

How to permanently delete your account and all data.

If you no longer wish to use Manager Toolkit, you can permanently delete your account and all associated data. Please read this page carefully before proceeding, as account deletion cannot be undone.

Steps to Delete Your Account

Sign in to Manager Toolkit and click on your profile icon.
Navigate to the Account section.
Scroll down and click the Delete Account button.
Read the confirmation message carefully, then confirm the deletion.

What Gets Deleted

When you delete your account, all of the following are permanently removed:

  • Your profile and account settings
  • All teams and team members
  • All catchups, including discussion notes and sentiment data
  • All actions, meetings, targets, and surveys
  • All retrospectives and retrospective data
  • All journeys, reminders, and key themes
  • All calendar entries and Google Calendar connections
  • All dashboard configurations and preferences
Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. Once deleted, your data cannot be recovered. Please make sure you are certain before confirming.

Before You Delete

Consider these steps before deleting your account:

  • Cancel your subscription first. If you have an active Pro subscription, cancel it before deleting your account. This prevents any further charges from being processed.
  • Export any data you need. Once your account is deleted, there is no way to retrieve your information.
  • Consider downgrading instead. If cost is a concern, you can cancel Pro and continue using the free plan indefinitely. Your data is preserved on the free plan.

After Deletion

Once your account is deleted, you will be signed out and redirected to the Manager Toolkit homepage. If you sign up again in the future, it will be treated as a brand new account with no previous data.
