Manager Toolkit sends several types of email, including weekly digest summaries, notification alerts, survey invitations, and retrospective links. If you are not receiving these, work through the steps below.
Troubleshooting Steps
Check your spam or junk folder. Email providers sometimes filter automated emails. Look in your spam, junk, or promotions folder for emails from Manager Toolkit. If you find them there, mark them as "not spam" to ensure future emails reach your inbox.
Check your notification settings. Navigate to Profile > Notifications in Manager Toolkit. Here you can see which email types are enabled. If digest emails or notification alerts are turned off, you will not receive them. Toggle them on and save your changes.
Verify your email address. Make sure the email address on your Manager Toolkit account is correct and that you have access to that inbox. You can check your email address in Profile > Account.
Whitelist our sender addresses. Add our noreply email addresses to your contacts or your email provider's safe sender list. This helps prevent future emails from being filtered out.
Understand digest email timing. Weekly digest emails are only sent when there has been activity to report. If you had no catchups, actions, or other activity during the week, you will not receive a digest. This is by design to avoid unnecessary emails.
Allow time for changes to take effect. If you have just updated your notification settings, allow up to 24 hours for the changes to take effect on scheduled emails such as digests.
Manager Toolkit uses Resend for email delivery. Emails are sent from verified domains to maximise deliverability. If your organisation has strict email filtering policies, you may need to ask your IT team to whitelist our sending domain.
Still Not Receiving Emails?
If you have checked all the above and emails are still not arriving, please contact our support team with your email address and which type of email is missing. We can check the delivery status on our side.
