The extension home screen shows four capture tiles on the left. Click any tile to open the form. After saving, you return to the home screen immediately and a confirmation toast appears at the bottom of the popup.
Logging an Action
Click Action to open the action form.
- What needs doing - describe the task
- Priority - Urgent, Normal, or Low Urgency
- Team and Member - optional, shown side by side; select a team first to load the member list
- Deadline - optional date picker
Press Cmd+Enter (Mac) or Ctrl+Enter (Windows) to save from the text field.
The action appears in your Actions list on the dashboard immediately, sorted by priority.
Logging a Catchup
Click Catchup to open the catchup form.
- Team and Member - required; select the person you met with
- Date - defaults to today
- How did it go - four emoji sentiment options
- Discussion - optional; type what was said and switch between "You" and the member's name to log both sides of the conversation
Press Enter (without Shift) in the discussion text area to add a message and switch speaker automatically.
Saving a Meeting Note
Click Meeting Note to open the form. The meeting name field pre-fills with the title of the current page you have open - useful when you are in a video call tab.
- Meeting name - edit or replace the pre-filled title
- Date and Team - shown side by side; defaults to today
- Attendees - tick the team members who attended
- Notes - key points, decisions, and follow-ups
Press Cmd+Enter or Ctrl+Enter to save from the notes field.
Setting a Reminder
Click Reminder to open the reminder form.
- What to remind you about - a brief title
- Reminder type - choose On a date (shows a date picker) or Before a catchup (fires before the next logged catchup with that person)
- Team and Member - optional; shown side by side; link the reminder to a specific person
- Notes - optional context
