Manager Toolkit supports keyboard shortcuts so you can create items and navigate without reaching for the mouse. All shortcuts use Cmd on Mac and Ctrl on Windows/Linux.
Create Shortcuts
Press Cmd+Shift (Mac) or Ctrl+Shift (Windows/Linux) together with a letter to instantly open a creation form from any page.
Cmd+Shift+A
Create a new action straight from the keyboard.
Cmd+Shift+C
Start a new catchup record.
Cmd+Shift+M
Open a new meeting note.
Cmd+Shift+T
Create a new target.
Cmd+Shift+R
Launch a new retrospective.
Cmd+Shift+S
Create a new survey.
Cmd+Shift+P
Add a new team member.
Cmd+Shift+E
Set a new reminder.
Navigation Shortcuts
These shortcuts help you move around the app quickly.
Cmd+K / Ctrl+K
Open the global search overlay to find people, actions, teams, and more.
?
Open the keyboard shortcuts reference panel to see all available shortcuts at a glance.
Escape
Close the current modal, overlay, or side panel.
You can disable keyboard shortcuts from your Profile > Features settings if they conflict with browser or system shortcuts.
Keyboard shortcuts are automatically disabled when you are typing in an input field, text area, or any other editable element, so they will never interfere with your writing.
