Six of the manage pages in Manager Toolkit now use a kanban board layout instead of a flat list. Each status (or stage) is its own column, and every card represents one entity. Targets, Projects, Journeys, Performance Reviews, Surveys, and Retros all share the same pattern.
Where You Will See It
Open any of these manage pages and you will see columns running across the screen, each labelled with a status. Cards sit inside the column matching their current status. The column headers show how many cards are in each, so you can see at a glance where work is piling up.
- Targets group by Not Started, On Track, Off Track, Completed, Cancelled.
- Projects group by Idea, In Progress, On Hold, Completed, Cancelled.
- Journeys group by In Progress and Completed.
- Performance Reviews group by Draft, In Progress, Completed.
- Surveys group by Build, Respond, Complete.
- Retros collapse Draft, Vote, and Discuss into a single Active column alongside Build and Completed, since the day-to-day distinction matters less once the retro is live.
Drag and Drop
To change a card's status, drag it from one column to another. The card moves immediately and the status update is saved without confirmation. This is the fastest way to keep your board honest as work progresses.
Hiding Cards
Each card can be hidden from the board without being deleted. Use this for completed work that you want out of your daily view but still findable in search and timelines. Click the hide icon on a card and confirm. The card disappears from the board.
To bring it back, look for the View hidden filter on the page header. The hidden cards reappear with an unhide control on each one.
Card Mini-Timelines
Each card shows a small timeline of its most recent events at the bottom. You can see the latest status changes, comments, and edits without opening the card. Hover over a bubble to read the full event.
For Surveys and Retros, the card also previews the first three questions or columns so you can recognise a survey or retro at a glance without opening it.
Going Back to a List View
There is no list-view fallback on these pages by design. The kanban surfaces status more clearly than a flat list, and the in-card mini-timeline replaces the old per-row metadata.
If you need a flat scan of cards, use the search input at the top of the page or the universal search from the top bar. Both return matches across all statuses.
