AI Summaries are available exclusively on the Pro plan. Upgrade to Pro to access this feature.

AI Summaries give you a quick, contextual overview of the page you are currently viewing. The AI analyses your data and highlights key points, trends, and things that might need your attention.

How to Access AI Summaries

Navigate to any page in Manager Toolkit - your dashboard, a team member's profile, or a feature page.
Click the AI button in the bottom toolbar.
A summary panel opens, showing AI-generated insights for the current context.

What Summaries Include

The content of the summary depends on where you are in the app. On the dashboard, you might see an overview of recent activity, overdue actions, and upcoming catchups. On a team member's page, the summary could highlight sentiment trends, outstanding actions, and recent discussion topics.

The Dot Indicator

When a new or updated summary is available, a small dot appears on the AI button in the toolbar. This lets you know there is fresh information to review without having to open the panel to check. The dot clears once you have viewed the latest summary.

This is a subtle but useful signal during busy days. Rather than manually checking for updates, you can glance at the toolbar and only open the summary when there is something new to see.

Refreshing Summaries

Summaries are generated based on your current data. If you have made changes - logged a new catchup, completed actions, or updated targets - you can refresh the summary to get an updated analysis. Click the refresh button within the summary panel to regenerate it with the latest information.

Check the AI summary on your dashboard at the start of each day. It gives you a quick briefing on what needs your attention, helping you prioritise your time.

Turning AI Off

If you prefer not to use AI features, you can disable them from Profile > Features. When AI is turned off, the AI button is hidden from the toolbar and no AI processing occurs on your data.

Disabling AI does not delete any previously generated summaries or insights. If you re-enable AI later, the feature picks up where it left off. This setting is per-account, so it only affects your own experience.

AI summaries analyse your management data to produce insights. Your data is never used to train AI models, and the results are only visible to you.
