Viewing a Member Profile

Everything you can see and do on a team member's profile page.

Last updated April 2026

The People section gives you a single view of every team member across all your teams. Each member has a profile page that brings together their key information, history, and activity in one place.

Accessing People

Navigate to Teams from the sidebar. You will see a list of all your team members across your teams. Use the team filter to narrow the list to a specific team, or use search to find someone by name.

What the Profile Shows

A member profile brings together everything Manager Toolkit knows about that person. The page is organised into several sections:

Personal Details

The member's name, role, team, and email address. You can edit these directly from the profile.

Latest Catchup

A summary of the most recent one-to-one, including the date and any notes recorded.

Sentiment Summary

A visual overview of sentiment trends over time, helping you spot patterns in how conversations are going.

Recent Actions

Open and recently completed actions assigned to or related to this person.

Assigned Targets

Any active targets that have been assigned to the member, along with their current progress.

Catchup History

A chronological list of all past catchups, allowing you to look back at previous conversations.

Starting a Catchup From the Profile

You can create a new catchup directly from a member's profile. Click the New Catchup button and the form will open with the member already selected. This is a quick way to log a conversation without navigating away from the profile.

Filtering by Team

If you manage multiple teams, the People list can be filtered by team to focus on a specific group. The filter persists as you navigate between profiles, making it easy to work through a team one member at a time.

Before a one-to-one, open the member's profile to review their recent sentiment trend, outstanding actions, and any targets that are due. This gives you a solid starting point for the conversation.
