Writing clear, measurable objectives can be difficult. The AI objectives feature helps by suggesting well-structured success criteria based on your target title and description.

How It Works

Navigate to Targets and click New Target.
Enter a title and description for your target. The more context you provide, the better the suggestions will be.
Click the AI Suggest button next to the objectives section.
Review the suggested objectives. You can accept them as-is, edit them, or discard any that do not fit.

What Makes Good Input

The AI uses your target title and description to generate relevant objectives. A vague title like "Improve team" produces generic results. A specific title like "Reduce average ticket resolution time by 20%" gives the AI enough context to suggest meaningful, measurable criteria.

Editing AI Suggestions

AI suggestions are a starting point, not a final answer. Always review them critically. You know your team and context better than any model. Edit the wording, adjust the metrics, and remove anything that does not align with what you are trying to achieve.

You can also mix AI-generated objectives with ones you write yourself. There is no requirement to use all or none of the suggestions.

Try writing your target description as if you were explaining it to a colleague. The clearer and more specific you are, the more useful the AI suggestions become.
