AI survey insights are a Pro feature. Upgrade to Pro to get AI-generated analysis of your survey responses.
Reading through every survey response takes time, especially for surveys with free-text questions. AI insights analyse all responses and produce a summary that highlights the key findings, common themes, and areas that need attention.
Generating AI Insights
Open a completed survey from your Surveys page.
Go to the Results tab where you can see individual responses.
Click Generate AI Insights to start the analysis.
Review the generated summary. It typically includes key themes, sentiment highlights, and suggested actions.
What the AI Looks For
The AI analyses both quantitative and qualitative responses:
- Rating patterns - identifies questions where scores are consistently high or low
- Free-text themes - groups similar written responses together and highlights recurring topics
- Sentiment - flags responses that express strong positive or negative feeling
- Outliers - notes any responses that differ significantly from the majority
Using Insights Effectively
AI insights are a starting point for deeper analysis, not a replacement for reading responses yourself. Use them to:
- Quickly identify the most important findings to discuss with your team
- Spot patterns you might miss when reading responses individually
- Create actions based on the themes the AI surfaces
Always read the underlying responses for any insight that surprises you or that you plan to act on. Context matters, and the AI summary may not capture every nuance.
Generate insights after you have received a good number of responses. Running the analysis too early, with only a handful of replies, may produce less useful results.
