Can I create my own journey from scratch?

Yes. You can build a journey from scratch by adding your own milestones and tasks, or start from one of the built-in templates and customise it to fit your needs. See Creating a Journey for a full walkthrough.

What happens when I complete all tasks in a journey?

When every task in a journey is marked as done, the journey is considered complete. It remains in your history for reference, showing the full timeline of progress. You can also pin active journeys to your dashboard for quick access.

Can I assign a journey to someone on a different team?

Journeys are linked to team members, and you can assign a journey to anyone across your teams. This is especially useful for cross-team processes like onboarding.

How do I convert a journey task into a tracked action?

You can convert any journey task into an action, which adds it to your actions list with a priority, deadline, and linkage back to the journey. See Tracking Journey Progress for details.

Can multiple people be on the same journey?

Each journey is assigned to one person. If several team members need to follow the same pathway, create a separate journey for each from the same template. This lets you track individual progress independently.
