Your Dashboard is the first thing you see when you open Manager Toolkit. The customise modal lets you control exactly which widgets appear and in what order, so you can build a layout that matches how you work.

Showing and Hiding Widgets
Each widget has a toggle that controls its visibility. Turn a widget on to show it on your dashboard, or turn it off to hide it. Hidden widgets are not deleted, they are simply removed from view and can be re-enabled at any time.
This is useful if you do not use certain features or prefer a cleaner, more focused dashboard. For example, if you do not run retrospectives, you can hide that widget to reduce visual clutter.

Pinning Specific Entities
Some widgets support pinning, which lets you feature a specific item rather than showing a general summary. You can pin individual projects, teams, targets, journeys, or surveys so they appear as dedicated widgets on your dashboard.
Pinned widgets are helpful when you have an active project or goal you want to keep visible without navigating to its detail page each time.
