Manager Toolkit sends email notifications to keep you informed about activity in your workspace. You can control exactly which categories of notifications you receive.
Accessing Notification Settings
Go to Profile > Notifications.
You will see a list of notification categories, each with a toggle.
Enable or disable each category based on your preferences.
Changes are saved automatically.
Notification Categories
Notifications are grouped into the following categories:
Actions
Alerts when actions are assigned to you, approaching deadline, or overdue.
Targets
Updates when targets are assigned, progress changes, or deadlines approach.
Surveys
Notifications when survey responses are submitted or surveys close.
Journeys
Alerts when journey milestones are due or tasks need attention.
Reminders
Email notifications for reminders that are due or approaching.
Community
Notifications when someone replies to your community posts or reacts to your content.
System
Platform updates, maintenance notices, and account-related communications.
Mandatory Transactional Emails
Some emails cannot be turned off. These include password reset emails, account verification, billing receipts, and security alerts. These are transactional emails required for the security and operation of your account.
Turning off a notification category only affects email notifications. You will still see relevant information within the app itself, such as overdue indicators and activity feeds.
If you find notifications overwhelming, start by turning off Community and Reminders. Keep Actions and Targets on so you do not miss deadlines. You can always re-enable categories later.
